The Polymer80 PF940V2 Jig Kit is designed for cutting and drilling the PF940V2 80% Frame. This jig also provides guidance for fabricating the updated PF940V2 (G17) “ATF Compliant/Bridge” 80% Frame.
NOTE: Completing the upgraded “Bridge” frame requires additional cutting and drilling. This frame was introduced in response to unilateral ATF rulemaking.
The Polymer80 PF940V2 Jig includes:
- (1) frame jig
- (1) 3mm drill bit
- (1) 4mm drill bit
Tools Required
Each Polymer80 Jig includes the necessary drill bits for completing the frame’s pin holes. You will also need some basic tools to cut, sand, and finish your 80% frame:
- Handheld Dremel
- Drill Press or Hand Drill
- Metal Burr Bits
- Sandpaper
“Does this jig work with other 80% frames?”
No. The PF940V2 Jig only works with the Polymer80 PF940V2 80% frame and the new “ATF Compliant/Bridge” 80% Frame. Due to physical diferences in size, other P80 frames are not compatible with this jig. We sell the jigs designed for Polymer80’s other frame blanks:
- PF940C Jig
- PF940SC Jig
- PF9SS Jig
- PF45 Jig
